Jeff Edwards
Managing Partner
With a passion for hunting, archery, and all things outdoors bordering on obssessive, Stryk Group USA's Managing Partner has been an executive in the outdoor industry since 1995. He first served as EVP of Hoyt Archery at Jas. D. Easton, Inc., and later held executive roles with companies such as Mission Arms Group. He led a turnaround at Century Arms, and was an executive council member and executive with GunBroker.com. He's also been a fractional CRO, CEO and CMO with a variety of other successful outdoor brands, as well as an in-demand seminar speaker and consultant with an emphasis on digital marketing, sales and marketing integration, high level strategy, and demand forecasting technologies. In addition to spending his recreational time sleeping in the dirt under a star-filled sky pondering how he can better serve his friends, clients and family, Jeff and his wife run a sober living business on the east coast that has helped countless people achieve sobriety.
Chase Myers
Director of Operations
NRA Life Member Chase Myers likes to spend his free time attending tactical training classes, shooting, hunting, and being outdoors. At Stryk Group USA, Chase manages contracts and program design. Chase has helped build sales programs and establish pricing integrity for Atomic Machine, Blackwater Firearms, Century Arms, Polymer80, and Tactical Kinetics. Chase was responsible for managing law enforcement and government accounts at Century Arms before being hired by GunBroker.com to head up their e-commerce efforts. Prior to joining Stryk Group USA as a partner, he was the National Sales Manager for Night Fision, LLC. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a BA in Political Science and Government, Chase volunteered as a Crisis Technician for the New Orleans Police Department for a little over a year.

Alaina Edwards-Wilson
Director of Client Services
An avid outdoorswoman, Alaina is a 2016 graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Marketing, degree, and is the Director of Client Services at Stryk Group USA specializing in marketing services management and campaign planning, among other duties. She deeply understands digital marketing and media planning, and works to ensure clients understand the correlation between marketing data and the story it tells. Her goal at Stryk Group USA is to ensure all efforts integrate towards client goals, maintaining a high retention rate by developing long term relationships by managing the company's accounts, communicating with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to joining the Stryk Group USA team she held executive positions with both Oracle® and Gannett. She is also a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator.
Mike Bush
Director of Engineering Services
A helicopter and airplane pilot, earlier in his career Stryk Group USA partner and Director of Engineering Services Mike Bush spent nearly 14 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, nine of them on assignment to the Hostage Rescue Team in Quantico, VA. Mike is an accomplished firearms industry executive that has served at the CEO level and directing large teams of R&D engineers. Mike specializes in market-specific design, creating products that place well ahead of competing products while solving real world problems. He is the inventor and co-founder of Vudoo Labs®, Inc., dba, Vudoo Gun Works™, one of the fastest-growing companies in the firearms industry. Mike also spends time competing with a rifle system of his own design, the Vudoo Gun Works V-22, and is an accomplished athlete in multi-gun competitions, a sport where proficiency with handgun, shotgun and rifle is paramount.
Matt Dulude
Engineering Services Manager
A lifelong musician that loves drums and percussion, Matt is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with more than a decade of experience in the firearms industry. Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and has successfully led projects from concept to market launch at several companies. Matt's career started as Engineering Manager at Century Arms. He later moved to Savage Arms®, and was the Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance for GoSafe, and Design Engineer for Vudoo Gun Works. Matt now serves as the Engineering Services Manager for STRYK Group and oversees all aspects of ongoing Engineering support as well as new product development/R&D. Matt loves everything outdoors, especially hunting, running, hiking, and snowboarding. He has focused on developing as a PRS shooter, competing in both rimfire and centerfire divisions, and is a member of PRS New England and the NRA.
Joe Salvador
Senior Product Development Engineer
For Joe, firearms manufacturing runs 3 generations deep in his family. Early in his career Joe honed his craft as an integral part of design teams for several fortune 500 companies. After successfully completing a Navy SBIR for MARCORSYSCOM, he raised capital, and ultimately launched Davinci Arms to manufacture silencers and rifle accessories. Joe later joined the engineering team at Savage Arms® to head up a number of precision long range rifle projects. These days he supports the engineering efforts at Stryk Group USA to ensure nothing but the best product design for their clients. Joe holds a B.S. in Product Design & Development from Keene State College and an MBA from American International College. On weekends you can find Joe camping with his family or partaking in competitive long range shooting.
Jonny Goodwin
Director of Digital Marketing
Knowing what's working and what's not working across a client's digital footprint, then using this information to create serious strategy and regular optimization, is key to creating big revenue growth. That's where Jonny shines. Prior to joining Stryk Group USA, Jonny was a sought-after digital consultant across a variety of industries, including venture-backed startups, large B2B companies, and high volume direct-to-consumer brands. He specializes in marketing strategy, software systems, and integrating them in order to optimize outcomes. He knows that configuring analytics properly, tracking specific points of conversion, and managing and maximizing ad spend to produce measurable return on advertising dollars are the areas that enable client growth. A former NCAA wrestler, in his spare time, Jonny enjoys coaching wrestling at his local club.
Andrew Dunnavant
Digital Marketing Analyst
Andrew joins Stryk Group USA with over 16 years of comprehensive business experience. After graduating from Denison University with a BA in Economics, he held various positions spanning both finance and operations at companies in the technology, insurance and hospitality industries. Currently his focus is on growth marketing of the Stryk brands. Andrew is an avid sportsman and outdoorsman living his dream in Montana. His leisure time is usually spent with his family enjoying hiking, camping, shooting and snowboarding.
Jim Drager
Director of Operations Services
An avid deer and duck hunter and longtime trainer of Golden Retrievers and judge of AKC Field Trials/Hunt tests for retrievers, and active in community conservation organizations, Jim is a proven executive noted for operational, leadership and turnaround expertise. He's led the operational turnaround of Beretta Steiner eOptics (COO), Metropolitan Companies, Colt's Manufacturing Company, United Tactical Inc., and Century International Arms, as well as other organizational transformations. His specialized expertise extends to Strategic Planning, Executive Consulting, Public Relations and Marketing. Jim has led the development of a number of manufacturing organizations utilizing world class methodologies, including Lean, JIT, Kaizen, 5s, and related disciplines. He guides Stryk Group USA clients through Executive & Organizational Transformations, Optimizing Operations & Manufacturing, Financial Management and Quality Assurance improvements.
Sarah Zeno
Director of Business Systems Services
With 15-plus years of experience, Sarah uses the same passion, dedication and focus she employs when training for marathons to assist Stryk Group USA clients in removing obstacles and improving business processes that help accelerate growth. At Century Arms she gained experience in manufacturing, demand planning & supply chain, quality, BATF compliance, and business process and improvement, and led the implementation of both ERP system and several lean manufacturing and fulfillment overhaul efforts. At Colt's Manufacturing, Sarah led cross-functional teams through development of two significant ERP system upgrades, deploying new system functionality in finance, sales, logistics, and quality & operations. While she enjoys downtime at home with her animals, she's also into camping and photography, and is always up for that "epic" road trip with friends and her dog.

As a lifelong enthusiast in the shooting, hunting and fishing world, Ronald began his professional career in the firearms industry in the beginning of 2007. He has spent his career working in retail, manufacturing and distribution, most recently coming to Stryk Pay from Vertx where he served as the National Sales Manager. A graduate from the University of Central Florida, Ron has an education in Business Marketing with career experience in purchasing, sales and product development. Ron is a strong advocate for the Second Amendment and has dedicated his career to empowering individuals to responsibly exercise their rights. In addition to shooting and hunting, Ron enjoys his time hiking outdoors and traveling.

Chase is a graduate of Montana State University with a Degree in Political Science. Prior to Stryk Group USA, he has a background in Healthcare; managing sales cycles, client relations and new business development. At Stryk Group USA, he is a Director of Business Development, focusing on client specific needs and draws on prior sales experience, with a goal to develop long-standing relationships with our clients. Chase enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, skiing and all things outdoors with his dog.
Madison Edwards

Madison is a 2018 graduate from FIDM with a degree in Product Development. With an extensive background in customer service and management she has a deep understanding of organization and communication. She manages all bookings and scheduling for Spotted Bear Ranch. Prior to joining Stryk Group Madison held positions developing with Forever 21 HQ and Halston handling all vendor relations and merchandise development.
Laney Myers
Human Resources
Laney was born and raised in Mississippi and attended Ole Miss. She brings over 5 years of experience in event management and executive management to her role at Stryk Group. When she's not working she enjoys traveling, fly fishing, and spending time with family.
Christopher Bonhage
Senior Software Engineer
Christopher is an experienced software engineer who spent a decade building and supporting software solutions for Apple Computer in Cupertino. Most recently he led the development team at Mix.com. Christopher's unique blend of full-stack development capabilities, problem solving skills and his love of the 2nd amendment make him a critical asset to each project he's a part of.
Stephanie Spika Hickey
Director of Marketing
Stephanie is passionate about hunting and the 2nd Amendment, having worked in the firearms and outdoor industry for the past 13 years. She has held senior level marketing and communications roles at the National Rifle Association, Safari Club International, and Benelli USA, among other companies. Stephanie has a strong background in crisis communications, having navigated many public relations challenges while working for major non-profit organizations. She is dedicated to finding innovative ways to communicate a company's message to an ever-changing audience, encouraging continual growth of a brand and their products. Stephanie is a Patron Life Member of the NRA, Life Member of SCI, and currently serves on the SCI Board of Directors.
